On Friday night, Greenisland Primary School musicians were invited by Mr Blair to perform at Carrickfergus Methodist Church as part of the annual BB Choir Concert. Kerry, Chloe and Lily each played two pieces, and all three girls did brilliantly. We are so proud of them for representing our school so well.
Then on Saturday morning, Lily took part with Third Carrickfergus Brass Band at their summer concert, where she was presented with the Compendium Cup by John Stewart MLA.
The cup was awarded to Lily for her commitment to music in junior band, and for representing both the band and our school in festivals and other competitions.
A wonderful weekend celebrating music, confidence and hard work — well done to Kerry, Chloe and Lily! 🎺🏆👏
