🍁October in P1 McC/W🎃
Lots of Autumn activities happened in Primary 1 this month. We loved getting a bit mucky as we planted some bulbs and we can’t wait to see how they grow.
We collected leaves and sang songs about their beautiful colours. We loved crunching through them in the trim trail and collected some to order by size. Others we used to make beautiful leaf prints. We gathered some cones, conkers, acorns and sycamore seeds and pressed them into clay to see what patterns they made.
Closer to Halloween we made some spooky patterns, mixed up a potion or two and wrapped some sticks with colourful wool to make magical, woolly wands. October wouldn’t be complete without a delicious chocolate apple treat to finish off the term.
