Primary 5 have learned a lot in their Early Man topic. They have had a hands on archaeology session at Carrick Museum, knapped soap ‘flint’ tools in our nature trail and now created these fabulous cave painting pictures using oil pastels.
They also have been thoroughly modern and not only individually wrote four alliterative poems but went on to word process and publish these for everyone to enjoy. It’s been a busy month.
Our dance sessions in PE have taken us to The Funfair, A Haunted House and then to the carnival in Rio where we enjoyed Salsa sequences. Great fun and skills learned.
