🐥Primary one have been learning about the different animals that live on the farm through lots of Play Based Learning activities. Some fluffy chicks came to visit our classroom and we enjoyed discovering lots of fun facts about them. We also went to work at Streamvale Farm for a day, where we helped Alison the farmer to feed the animals and milk Buttercup the cow.🐮
Back in school we explored some of the foods the farm animals produce for us, from making creamy milkshakes, to cooking eggs in lots of different ways, to have as a tasty morning snack with toast.🥛🍳🍞
