Communication

We would appreciate it if ALL communication with the school should be sent through the main school office rather than through Seesaw, Facebook etc. We will endeavour to respond to you as soon as we can; please be patient, as we are a large and very busy school.

Communication will be read and responded to within the hours of 8:30am- 4:00pm Monday to Friday, term time only.

An increasing amount of time is having to be spent sorting out issues stemming from pupil and parent WhatsApp groups. We appreciate that these groups may be helpful for organising birthday parties, reminders of PE days etc. As always, we welcome any questions, queries, and compliments to reach us through the correct channels. The staff of Greenisland Primary do not give permission for their images, correspondence, or names to be used in these groups.

For pupils, we remind you that the legal age for WhatsApp use is thirteen.
